The ability to watch our thoughts and understand what limitations we put on ourselves through these thoughts is one powerful benefit of pausing to sit in stillness for even just a few minutes each day. Each day we are bombarded with sensory input which, if gone unchecked, will without any doubt influence our thoughts, words and actions.
Through the science of deep relaxation and meditation we become familiar with what truest makes our spirits soar and hearts sing.
