Sunday night Restorative! ?

You essentially lie around on blankets and bolsters in shapes that mimic active yoga poses, but you use NO effort. Breathe deeply, allow the body, mind and heart to open, let go, and relax deeply!

This practice hold the very real potential to relieve stress, insomnia, stiff and tense muscles, the list is long. It’s like resetting the nervous system, so in turn, it benefits all of the body systems… breath by breath. Also a super chill and easy way to get a sense of what our NATURAL state is…without day to day stressors. Take an easy, positive step towards the experience of balance, relaxation and healing…
