THE PRACTICE & HOW YOU BENEFIT

These classes start with easy, simple movements to bring the awareness into the body, begin to release tension, and deepen the breath.

Next, you’ll be guided into poses that are fully supported with bolsters and blankets, allowing you to relax effortlessly, consciously deepen your breath and naturally release muscle tension. Because classes are 60-90 minutes long this gives your nervous system the time it needs to shift from a state of stress to a state of deep relaxation.

Workshop Sessions - Each workshop progressively advances a group of students with similar skillsets. Schedules are determined by each group's skill level and location. Corporate workshops are very popular so inquire now!

One-On-One Sessions - These VIP sessions are the most effective way for individuals to learn new skills and progress quickly.
